Senior Marketing Specialist, Fund Solutions
Location: Wilmington, Delaware, or London, United Kingdom (hybrid, three days in the office per week)
CSC is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to execute global marketing initiatives for our Fund Solutions and SPV management businesses. These businesses provide fund administration, middle- and back-office, and entity management solutions for alternative asset managers across private equity, real estate, private credit, infrastructure, and hedge fund strategies.
This role will own key elements of marketing strategy, positioning, integrated campaigns, and sales enablement. The successful candidate will work with senior business leaders, sales teams, subject-matter experts, and global marketing colleagues to translate business priorities and market developments into effective programs.
The ideal candidate will understand the alternative investment ecosystem and have a strong track record of executing global B2B marketing programs. They will be comfortable coordinating complex initiatives across regions and channels to build awareness, generate qualified demand, and support growth.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy and execution
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the growth objectives of CSC’s Fund Solutions and SPV management businesses across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
Create differentiated positioning and messaging for fund administration, loan administration, shadow accounting, middle-office, and SPV management services.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, events, public relations, social media, and other relevant channels.
Establish and monitor KPIs, including campaign engagement, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
Support budget planning, track campaign spending, and evaluate investments against business priorities and results.
Collaboration and project management
Partner with regional business leaders and sales teams to translate commercial priorities, buyer needs, and market opportunities into marketing programs.
Work with channel managers to coordinate campaign execution across marketing channels.
Manage campaign plans, timelines, dependencies, reviews, and approvals through project management platforms.
Lead priority marketing initiatives across global teams, maintaining clear accountability and high-quality execution.
Develop sales enablement materials, including case studies, insight reports, presentations, and digital assets.
Market insight and brand stewardship
Apply market, audience, and competitor research to strengthen go-to-market strategies and messaging.
Work with subject-matter experts to turn complex fund and SPV topics into clear, compelling content.
- Ensure consistent application of CSC's brand standards across all internal and external communications.
Build relationships with relevant industry associations and partners to strengthen CSC’s market presence.
Technical skills, experience, and qualifications
At least 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fund services, asset management, financial services, or another complex professional-services environment.
Experience in product marketing, positioning, demand generation, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market strategy.
Understanding of alternative investment strategies, fund structures, and SPVs is strongly preferred.
Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and experience using platforms such as Wrike to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience using marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and performance indicators to inform decisions.
Ability to independently move initiatives from strategy through execution while managing multiple priorities.
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across regions in a matrixed global organization.
