Coordinates international corporate compliance activities, legal transactions, filings, and governance support across multiple jurisdictions. Liaises with internal teams and global third-party vendors, researches jurisdictional requirements, fulfills client requests, supports projects, and maintains accurate entity records. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, Excel, and Salesforce skills, with legal, compliance, corporate governance, KYC, AML, or paralegal experience preferred.

Perform fund accounting and client-facing fund services for hedge funds, private equity, and debt funds. Responsibilities include trade lifecycle processing, pricing, corporate actions, custodian and prime broker reconciliations, transaction accounting, investor capital activity, fee and performance calculations, NAV and financial statement preparation, and investor reporting. The role requires a qualified CA with strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Leads the KYC team and oversees customer onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, AML/CTF compliance, quality control, regulatory audits, risk escalation, reporting, training, and process improvement. Develops policies and procedures, manages team performance, collaborates with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit, and drives automation and KYC technology adoption.
