Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

Position Purpose
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist serves as the primary marketing liaison for assigned service lines and clients. This role builds strong relationships, provides strategic day-to-day marketing support, and ensures marketing initiatives align with regional priorities, organizational goals and system strategies.
The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, manage projects, evaluate campaign performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support growth.
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for assigned service lines and operational and provider clients. Ensure marketing initiatives support organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute annual marketing plans for assigned service lines and market priorities.
- Support regional and system-wide campaigns by collaborating with clients to assess operational readiness, identify potential barriers and ensure successful implementation.
- Manage marketing projects from intake through completion by coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional resources to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Develop campaign briefs, messaging, and tactical recommendations that align with strategic goals and target audiences.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance through reports and dashboards, presenting insights and recommendations to service line leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field (required)
3+ years relevant work experience (required)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
