Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and creative assets to drive member acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and retention. 
  • Monitor market conditions, identify trends, and provide product, positioning, and pricing recommendations. 
  • Conduct regular reviews of products and services to ensure offerings remain competitive and continue to meet evolving member needs and expectations. 
  • Partner with member experience and business development teams to effectively position and promote products and services in support of organizational growth objectives. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and define high-value consumer segments using internal data, third-party data, and market research. 
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall product performance.

Requirements

Experience 

5-7 years of experience of marketing experience in the finanacial services industry with demonstrated success in member/customer acquisition, product makreting, and strategic positioning. 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

Knowledge/Skills

  • Knowledge of consumer banking, payments, money management products, and related services. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Customer/member-focused with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Salary Range:

  • $67,812.58 - $84765.72

Physical Setting· Hybrid

Schedule· Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Ability to lift items weighing 10 pounds are required. Must have the ability to drive and may be required to travel. Skills Required
