Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Operations Asset Manager to lead the lifecycle management of our global marketing assets and serve as the primary administrator for our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Supporting a global team, you will bridge the gap between creative production and operational delivery. This is a highly technical and process-oriented role requiring a balance of Digital Asset Management expertise, metadata governance, and advanced project management. You will ensure that our global marketing engine has the right assets, in the right format, at the right time, while maintaining a single source of truth for the brand.
What You’ll Do:
DAM Administration & Strategy: Lead the global administration, system configuration, and technical integration of the DAM platform with our MarTech stack.
Governance & AI: Design and maintain standardized metadata schemas and leverage AI-driven automation to ensure 100% asset searchability.
Compliance & Rights Management: Oversee the full asset lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and Digital Rights Management (DRM) to mitigate legal risks.
Operational Excellence: Partner with Business Operations to integrate creative workflows into the Phase Gate model and manage the global intake and triage process.
Global Enablement: Act as the primary technical lead for teams in North America and India, driving system adoption through training, SOP documentation, and utilization reporting.
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Digital Asset Management, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Brandfolder, or Widen).
- Advanced knowledge of creative file formats (Adobe Creative Cloud suite), video transcoding, and metadata standards (IPTC/XMP).
- Strong PM skills with experience in tools like Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com; comfortable managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
- Native or professional-level English proficiency is mandatory, as this role supports a global team and requires extensive documentation in English.
- You enjoy organizing chaos and have a high degree of attention to detail when it comes to naming conventions, version control, and system architecture.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment and collaborating across multiple time zones.
