We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Specialist, Asia Pacific to join our regional Marketing and Communications APAC team. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive service growth, parts demand and customer engagement across a diverse range of markets. Working closely with regional, global, sales, and product teams, you will deliver data-driven marketing campaigns that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns across APAC from strategy and targeting through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
- Partner with key business segment stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Develop targeted campaigns across On-Highway, Mining, Marine and other priority industrial segments.
- Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to ensure effective execution across multiple markets.
- Use Salesforce, campaign analytics and business insights to evaluate performance and optimise future initiatives.
- Support selected customer events, trade shows and engagement programs.
- Bring structure, prioritisation and discipline to marketing delivery across a complex APAC environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience owning and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Experience working within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management and organisational capability.
- Experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools, ideally Salesforce.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced regional environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction, transport, marine, energy or related sectors will be highly regarded.
- Degree qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
