Are you passionate about crafting impactful marketing strategies and driving complex projects to success?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team.
You will develop marketing strategies for our diverse product lines and our overall brand. As a driving force behind marketing and communication initiatives, you’ll proactively suggest, conceptualize, and execute campaigns that elevate our brand presence. Your strong project management skills will ensure every engagement is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, leveraging proven methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Together with our management team develop a marketing strategy for various product lines and the brand itself together with your stakeholders
- Project Roadmap: Create and continuously update an overarching roadmap of all marketing activities throughout the year and identify and escalate upcoming projects and phases
- Stakeholder Management: Act as central interface and provide consultation for our project teams (conceptionists, digital marketing specialists, communication experts, designers, developers) and internal stakeholder (corporate and business units, product management, sales, general management)
- Project Initiative: Proactively suggest, conceptualize and manage complex marketing and communication projects in line with our business goals and marketing strategies
- Project Management: Lead the delivery of engagements within the constraints of schedule, scope, and budget by confidently applying project management tool and methodology
- Workshops & Meetings: Drive your projects by independently preparing and hosting workshops and project meetings
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in marketing, project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in marketing strategy development and project management, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, communication strategies, and brand development.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope and budget.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and drive complex marketing and communication projects aligned with business objectives.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and multitasking abilities, including creating and maintaining marketing roadmaps and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the confidence to suggest new ideas and take initiative.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
