We’re looking for a Sr. Marketing & Analytics Specialist to drive digital marketing performance insights and reporting. You’ll analyze full-funnel data to measure, optimize, and enhance our digital assets, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn insights into strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence experience, targeting, and journey strategies, ensuring impactful marketing execution.
Your key responsibilities:- Performance Analysis & Insights: Measure digital performance (web, paid media, lead generation) and provide executive-level reporting.
- Optimization & Strategy: Identify key performance drivers and recommend improvements in targeting, experience, and user journeys.
- Advanced Reporting & Automation: Build dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce, automate reporting, and unify data sources.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Assess marketing funnel performance, ensuring data quality and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BI, engineering, content, and channel teams to ensure insights drive real change.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee real-time web performance and troubleshoot issues with engineering and content teams.
- 5+ years in an analytical role, preferably in lead or order-generation websites.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to extract insights from fragmented data.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience we consider a plus:
- Experience creating dashboards in Tableau.
- Ability to debug web analytics events.
- Familiarity with Adobe Target.
