Position Overview
The Marketing Operations and Technology team provides the platforms, people, and processes necessary for Global Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize global integrated campaigns at scale and accelerate visitors through stages of the buying cycle. We are looking to hire a Sr. Marketing Operations & Technology PMO Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, scalability, and performance at Cloudflare. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams within Marketing and in Partner, Legal, IT, Procurement, BI and Operations to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization Develop and manage scalable workflows, systems, and processes to support marketing initiatives.
- Oversee campaign execution frameworks and ensure consistency across global teams. Evaluate and improve lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing.
- Data & Analytics Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the business intelligence team to integrate marketing data into enterprise reporting.
- Technology Management Ensure tools are effectively integrated and utilized.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance marketing capabilities.
- Project manage high visibility, cross-functional and transformative initiatives like AI.
- Collaboration & Communication Partner with revenue operations and enablement teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales. W
- Work closely with demand generation, field, and product marketing teams to support campaign execution.
- Communicate operational performance and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Develop annual and quarterly plans and ensure strategic projects are prioritized and executed on time, on budget and meeting intended goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations at a high growth Enterprise SaaS organization.
- Deep domain expertise with integrated B2B marketing, lead & pipeline management, multi-touch attribution, email marketing, data strategy & governance, and system integration.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase) and CRM systems.
- Strong background in data analysis, performance measurement, and marketing attribution.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of cloud technology or cybersecurity industries. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
