Role Overview:

What You Will Do:
- 供應商對帳與請款管理（Vendor Reconciliation and Payment Operations）：負責每月活動成本對帳、發票收集及請款作業，確保帳務資料正確性並符合公司流程與規範。
- 合約管理與法務協調（Contract Administration and Legal Coordination）：管理合約及委刊單流程，協調內部法務審閱，與合作夥伴溝通條款內容，並負責合約簽署與用印作業。
- 活動素材與活動頁管理（Campaign Asset and Landing Page Management）：統籌活動素材管理、活動頁面維護及合作夥伴專屬追蹤連結建置，支援活動執行與成效追蹤。
- 跨部門協作（Cross-functional Collaboration）：與法務、財務、採購、產品、營運團隊及外部供應商密切合作，協調資源並確保專案順利推進。
- 專案協調與執行（Project Coordination and Execution）：同時管理多項專案與時程規劃，追蹤工作進度與交付成果，促進利害關係人之間的有效溝通。
- 營運管理與資源調度（Business Operations and Resource Management）：負責工作派遣（Dispatch）與資源分配，提升團隊營運效率，確保業務需求獲得即時且有效的支援。
- 商務營運支援（Commercial Operations Support）：提供商務團隊端到端的行政與營運支援，優化內部作業流程，協助團隊專注於業務開發及合作夥伴經營。
Essential Qualifications
- 具備學士學位或同等實務工作經驗。
- 具備 3 年以上行銷營運（Marketing Operations）、商務營運（Business Operations）、供應商管理（Vendor Management）、專案協調（Project Coordination）或相關領域工作經驗。
- 具備合約管理、發票請款、對帳作業及行政流程管理相關經驗。
- 具備優秀的專案管理與組織能力，能同時管理多項任務及優先事項。
- 具備良好的溝通與利害關係人管理能力，能有效與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴協作。
- 注重細節，能確保營運流程及財務作業的準確性與完整性。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體操作，尤其是 Excel 與 PowerPoint。
- 具備高度自我驅動力、主動積極的工作態度，能在快速變動的環境中獨立作業並解決問題。
Preferred Qualifications:
- 具備行銷活動、促銷專案或合作夥伴計畫（Partnership Program）執行與支援經驗。
- 熟悉合約管理、採購流程或法務審閱作業流程。
- 具備與法務、財務、產品、營運及商務團隊等跨部門協作經驗。
- 了解活動成效追蹤、活動頁面（Landing Page）管理或數位行銷營運相關知識。
- 具備優秀的分析與問題解決能力，能主動發掘流程改善機會並提升營運效率。
- 具備電子商務（E-commerce）、數位平台、媒體、科技或網際網路產業相關工作經驗者佳。
- 能在多項專案及緊迫時程下有效安排工作優先順序，並快速因應業務需求變化。
- 具備供應商關係管理及外部合作夥伴溝通協調經驗者佳。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, vendor management, project coordination, or a related field
- Experience with contract management, invoice processing, reconciliation, and administrative workflow management
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure operational and financial accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and able to solve problems in a fast-changing environment
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, promotional projects, or partnership programs
- Familiarity with contract management, procurement processes, or legal review workflows
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with legal, finance, product, operations, and commercial teams
- Knowledge of campaign performance tracking, landing-page management, or digital marketing operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process improvement
- Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, media, technology, or internet industries
- Vendor relationship management and external partner communication experience
