DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the technical build, QA, and deployment of our lifecycle marketing campaigns. In this individual contributor (IC) role, you will be the core engine behind our customer-facing communications, transforming marketing strategies into high-performing Email, SMS, Landing Pages and Direct Mail campaigns.
Operating within a regulated HealthTech environment, you will combine a "zero-defect" execution mindset with modern operations best practices—including leveraging native platform AI features to streamline production workflows, automate tedious QA steps, and scale dynamic content.
ResponsibilitiesCampaign Build & Deployment: Execute the hands-on, end-to-end technical production of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, Landing Pages, and Direct Mail while configuring technical triggers, SQL queries, and webhooks for direct mail handoffs.
Platform Health & Maintenance: Partner with leadership to maintain and optimize our marketing automation ecosystem, improving workflow efficiencies, maintaining clean data hygiene, and streamlining technical infrastructure.
AI Integration & Production Efficiency: Integrate built-in platform AI and automated QA utilities to accelerate copy variation testing, enable predictive send-time optimization, and automatically flag compliance risks or broken personalization strings.
Rigorous QA & HIPAA Compliance: Serve as the final technical gatekeeper for campaign deployment, adhering strictly to Legal and Security guardrails to ensure 100% build accuracy and compliance with HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Experimentation, Analytics & Strategic Guidance: Implement A/B testing frameworks, interpret performance metrics beyond baseline KPIs, and translate complex technical journey logic into clear, strategic insights for growth and cross-functional partners
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations building and executing multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Landing Pages, Direct Mail).
Experience building complex customer journeys inside enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) and SMS tools (e.g., Twilio).
Experience using SQL for audience segmentation, dynamic data filtering, and target querying.
Experience navigating HIPAA compliance and securely handling Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) within campaign workflows.
Experience setting up and executing A/B or multivariate testing frameworks directly within marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator).
Practical experience leveraging embedded platform AI features for automated proofing, dynamic content generation, and predictive send-time optimization.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to monitor deliverability, track funnel performance, and synthesize campaign health metrics.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical mechanics and journey logic into clear strategic insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with performance marketing, creative, and analytics teams to manage strict production timelines.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 - $168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
