We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst (contract) to join our Bangalore team. You’ll create, configure, QA, execute, maintain, and report on automated marketing programs and email campaigns using Eloqua, while supporting lead generation, nurturing, and campaign activation.
As a power user for Eloqua and Salesforce, you’ll work in a skilled 6-person Marketing Operations team supporting marketing campaigns and managers across the world reporting to the Marketing Operations Director.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Eloqua preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo acceptable) with a bachelor's degree
- Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms and their integration/sync with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication and collaboration, delivering best practices, campaign suggestions, and training
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Skills across HTML coding, CSS, JavaScript, the Adobe product suite like Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Build and manage Eloqua assets (emails, landing pages, forms, segments/target audiences)
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance
- Serve as Eloqua power user: provide first-line support, training, best practices, and simple reporting guidance to the global marketing team
- Troubleshoot Eloqua and Salesforce issues
- Collaborate with the global marketing teams to translate briefs into effective campaigns
About the Team
We are a team of six highly trained Eloqua experts who are integral to ensuring the wider marketing teams can run their campaigns, report on their effectiveness, provide feedback/recommendations and offer front line support when needed.
