You want to be responsible for generating marketing awareness and converting that awareness efficiently into leads, aligning with overall marketing goals and KPIs. - 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS, including deep expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, attribution models, ABM foundations, and KPI tracking
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across GTM stakeholders (marketing, sales, RevOps)
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools/ AI-powered workflow automations
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and reporting, Hubspot, ABM tools, and Outreach/ Clay/ ZoomInfo
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience – advantage
- Professional written and spoken English - a must
- Project management experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
