We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – B2B to lead the strategic development and delivery of portfolio-level marketing that drives meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll shape B2B marketing strategy across complex products and services, turning insight into compelling value propositions and integrated go‑to‑market activity. You’ll work closely with brand, customer, product, sales and performance teams to deliver end‑to‑end marketing that strengthens relationships with our business customers and supports long‑term growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also play a key role influencing senior stakeholders, championing customer‑led thinking, and lifting marketing effectiveness across the portfolio.
You’ll also work in close partnership with best‑in‑class agency teams, including Goldilocks, Westpac’s bespoke agency model designed to bring strategy, creativity and execution closer together. This is an opportunity to help shape high‑profile, nationally visible work alongside some of the best marketers and creatives in the industry.
We also offer hybrid working, with three days based in the office and two days working from home, giving you the connection, collaboration and flexibility to do your best work.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the strategic development and execution of B2B portfolio marketing plans, aligned to business priorities and customer needs
Translate market, customer and data insights into clear strategies, value propositions and strategic briefs
Partner closely with product, sales, brand, customer and performance teams to deliver integrated, through‑the‑line marketing
Lead cross‑functional teams and agency partners to deliver high‑quality, effective campaigns
Drive measurable commercial impact, with clear performance tracking and optimisation
Influence senior stakeholders by clearly articulating the value and impact of marketing
Manage budgets and resources to maximise return on investment and portfolio impact
