About the role

Crunchyroll is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for the MENA region. You'll lead regional marketing efforts to grow our audience and bring anime and gaming fans closer to the stories they love. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll work across campaigns, events, and launches that make an impact in the region. In this hands-on role you'll plan and run campaigns, partner with teams across the company, and make sure our work resonates with local fans while staying aligned with global goals.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution for brand campaigns, title launches, events, and activations in MENA
  • Create culturally relevant and engaging campaigns
  • Use regional insights to grow awareness, engagement, and subscribers
  • Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager (India + MENA) to align social and marketing plans
  • Oversee campaign and event execution across the region
  • Keep messaging consistent across all channels
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Track campaign performance and share insights
  • Own the MENA marketing budget, including POs and invoices
  • Work closely with internal teams to support broader business goals

About You

We get excited about candidates like you because you know the MENA market, turn insights into campaigns that truly connect with fans, and drive creative initiatives from start to finish

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in MENA, specifically in Media, OTT, Gaming, or Entertainment, including planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting
  • Proven track record of planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns and events, including digital, social, and offline activations
  • Strong grasp of MENA fandoms and local languages to craft campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Three in-person days per week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if they please.
