Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated, proactive, and creatively minded Senior Marketing Manager to enhance and amplify our brand, client, and corporate marketing programs across dentsu—with a focus on advancing the Carat brand.

As part of a collaborative team of Marketing Managers, you'll partner with our global design and content teams to bring campaigns to life. You will blend strategic execution with hands-on coordination, requiring a thoughtful project manager with experience with storytelling, digital platforms, and brand marketing.

You will report to: VP, Client Marketing

Website Management (40%)

  • Oversee strategy, production, and optimization of agency websites and landing pages, ensuring understanding of our goals, brand standards, and user experience best practices.
  • Define and direct homepage and content strategy (solutions, leadership, thought leadership, case studies, press, blogs), while guiding the CMS specialist on execution.
  • Work with partners to scope, plan, and deliver larger digital plans (e.g., microsites), ensuring seamless integration across the dentsu ecosystem.

Organic & Paid Social Media (30%)

  • Manage channel strategy and recurring posting across LinkedIn and Instagram, tailoring content to brand tone and audience needs.
  • Partner with design/content teams to develop creative assets, write/edit copy, and lead amplification strategies for high-priority campaigns, executives, and events.
  • Monitor and report on performance, using insights to evolve content pillars (brand storytelling, partnerships, events, client wins, thought leadership).

Content Ideation & Campaign Development (20%)

  • Collaborate with content, comms, and design partners to shape compelling narratives across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Support development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for events and launches, spanning pre-, during-, and post-activation.
  • Ensure all content reflects dentsu's brand voice, standards, and positioning.

Reporting and Insights (10%)

  • Oversee dashboards and campaign reporting, sharing insights to inform digital, social, and content strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize performance and enhance brand impact.

This is a high-visibility role that demands a proactive, self-starter mindset—someone who values ownership, brings fresh ideas to the table, and shows up each day ready to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or brand strategy
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for creative opportunity and a passion for amplifying great work
  • Portfolio of work across web, social, and campaign marketing
  • Writing and editing skills, especially for digital platforms
  • Experience managing content workflows across multiple partners
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), social scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout, Sprinklr), and analytics dashboards
