What You'll Do
- Drive demand. Lead demand generation programs from strategy to execution, building integrated campaigns that fuel pipeline, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable impact.
- Run campaigns end-to-end. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels including email, webinars, events, and digital — ensuring they are creative, clear, and effective
- Leverage HubSpot. Build, manage, and measure campaigns in HubSpot. You know how to segment, nurture, and automate in a way that feels human and drives results.
- Activate the field. Partner with sales to deliver field marketing programs that engage prospects and strengthen customer and consultant relationships.
- Experiment with channels. Test and refine paid media, performance marketing, and social campaigns that extend Avante’s reach and amplify our story.
- Keep it clear. Whether it’s a campaign email written with AI or an event promotion, you translate complexity into clarity that resonates.
- Measure and optimize. Define success metrics, track performance, and continuously improve programs based on what works.
What We're Looking For
- Early-stage startup experience is required. You thrive in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where building and scaling happen at the same time.
- Proven success in demand generation and campaign management in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (must-have).Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort writing campaign copy (emails, landing pages, event promos) that is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with sales, product, and leadership.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring and improving marketing performance.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with paid media or performance marketing.
- Know how to build and scale social campaigns that spark engagement.
- Have run field marketing programs such as events, workshops, or roundtables.
- Have experience in HR tech, healthcare, or benefits.
