Salary Range: £60,000

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution for our social housing business. This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will manage a small team. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company’s revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement within the SaaS property management sector.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor one marketing team member, providing guidance on day-to-day tasks, personal development, and team collaboration.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and events.
  • Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to create and execute lead generation strategies that drive high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and collateral.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the CRO and other stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, and help drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and maximise ROI.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Strong marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the UK Social Housing Sector and extensive knowledge of the regulatory requirement.
  • Marketing Skills: Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, and campaign management. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Team Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring a small team, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
  • Systems and Technology: Comfortable working with marketing and analytics tools and CRMs such as HubSpot and social media platforms.
  • Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting KPIs and driving growth.
