Job Summary
BDA is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to support our newest line of business, SwagUp, a technology innovator in promotional merchandise focused on the SMB and consumer business segment. This role will work closely with leadership and focus on planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that support SwagUp’s accelerated growth trajectory. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in marketing and selling software applications and/or e-commerce with high transaction and customer counts for this target audience, as well as marketing strategies that drive leads and ROI.

The Sr. Marketing Manager will oversee the entire customer journey and work to understand current and potential users and their pain points to better connect with them and enhance their experience, working hand in hand with technology teams. Strong candidates for this role will be entrepreneurial and highly curious. As marketing is constantly evolving, they will be on the bleeding edge of what is working for other top companies, how to leverage new technologies such as AI, which platforms are driving profitable acquisition and constantly testing and evaluating. The Sr. Marketing Manager should be both customer-centric and analytical to drive optimal business results and growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
•    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness and loyalty for SwagUp
•    Oversee the entire customer journey, understanding current and potential users and their pain points and work closely with technology teams to enhance the customer experience
•    Identify and solve gaps to increase SwagUp’s value proposition and market position
•    Plan and execute event marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and generate leads
•    Lead and manage SEO and SEM campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic
•    Analyze marketing trends, customer data and campaign information, measure ROI, and execute data-driven marketing decisions
•    Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
•    Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the Small and Mid-Sized business segment
•    Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Event Marketing
•    Expertise with e-commerce platforms in the consumer and SMB segment

•    Familiarity with platforms that drive profitable acquisition
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•    Excellent analytical skills 


We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
