About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies. You will lead our marketing efforts to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and foster customer loyalty. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for elevating our brand in a competitive market through innovative and data-driven campaigns.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital promotions, discounts, and rewards across key platforms to boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Develop a monetizable digital marketing strategy that positions these offerings as profitable for vendors and clients within an agency model.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns by attracting and engaging target audiences to build awareness and interest in our products and services, converting potential leads into loyal customers.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform strategy
  • Drive brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and business objectives
  • Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance, metrics, and market insights
  • Engage with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Leverage digital, social, and content marketing to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty

Role Requirements

  • Relevant Marketing qualifications with a of 10 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 5 years in a people management.
  • Experience in demand generation campaigns, particularly on platform-based channels, with a focus on driving digital incentives
  •  Proven ability to develop and monetize digital marketing strategies in an agency model, creating value propositions that drive ROI for vendors
  • Proven experience in developing successful, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively, analyse the financial impact of marketing strategies and optimise marketing spend.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and CMS software
