• Serve as marketing lead on product development projects focused on advanced technologies
• Build strong surgeon and customer relationships, managing consultant interactions and consolidating voice of customer insights
• Collaborate closely with global and regional sales leadership to align on market needs and drive performance across the Americas, EMEA and APAC
• Conduct competitive intelligence and financial analyses to support business cases and product strategy
• Work with commercial marketing partners on downstream programs including launch planning, demo and trade out programs, sales readiness and training support
• Forecast product needs and collaborate with manufacturing planners to ensure availability of demo and launch inventory
• 3-5 years of commercial or clinical experience in the medical device industry, ideally in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics
• Marketing experience highly preferred
• Exposure to Robotics, AI, Advanced Surgery, SaaS, DICOM, HL7, Medical Cloud, Active Directory or pre operative imaging
• Strong analytical, financial and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to travel 25 to 50 percent

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $101,000- $151,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
