Senior Marketing Manager (PR26108)

General Role Description

Develop, execute, manage, and continuously optimize the comprehensive marketing communications program for your assigned business units (BUs).

Role Accountabilities

·         Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that support business objectives, strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels

·         Create and deliver effective marketing campaigns, content, communications, and promotional activities that align with organizational goals in collaboration with the business units

·         Develop and recommend creative ideas related to Company branding activities and execute

·         Track, evaluate, and report marketing performance against objectives and targets on at least a quarterly basis and make improvement recommendations

·         Advise parent and group companies to ensure that all activities follow parent company branding objectives

·         Consult business units and manage advertising agency in the creation and maintenance of the Company’s online and social media presence

·         Define, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

·         Collaborate and advise the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure a strategically aligned web-presence is delivered for all global websites

·         Create and deliver newsletter articles for publication and distribution

·         Source and manage vendors to maintain optimal cost where feasible

·         Develop annual budget proposal for assigned business unit marketing activities

·         Execute and manage all company business unit promotional email campaigns

·         Ensure foreign language translations of product brochures and technical articles are complete, meet agreed-upon standards, and are delivered on schedule

·         Prepare press releases for industry trade publications for assigned business unit

·         Promote a culture of marketing excellence through coaching and mentoring peers

Minimum Qualifications

•         Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Communications or a related field
•         10 years’ experience in marketing and marketing communications in a global B2B market
• ·     Demonstrated experience delivering effective integrated marketing communications campaigns
• ·         Demonstrated successful product marketing and brand management experience
• ·         Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contact
•    Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
• ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud apps
• ·         Availability to travel, domestically, up to approximately 15%, and internationally, up to approximately 5%, sometimes with limited notice

Preferred Qualifications

·         10 years’ marketing communications experience with power electronics or other capital equipment in any combination of the metals, material handling, port solutions, or related general industries

·         Demonstrated experience working in a global organization

·         Proficiency in Oracle Projects and Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation

Hiring Range: $140,165 - $164,900
