We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager | Platform to lead bold, data-driven strategies that power our restaurant and coffee shop ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you’ll take charge of our affordability strategy, national campaigns, and 360° marketing initiatives. You’ll oversee our frameworks, key partnerships and sponsorships while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution. With a strong business understanding and a passion for innovation, you’ll play a vital role in driving performance and elevating efood’s brand.

What you ‘ll do:

• Propose and manage efood’s affordability strategy and big national campaigns planning. 

• Lead the marketing strategy and execute 360° campaigns for partnered shops (restaurants & coffee shops).

• Oversee marketing partnerships’ strategy and contracts with third-party companies (FMCGs, Banking, Telco etc.)

• Drive efood’s sponsorships & offline events strategy.

• Set quarterly targets and KPIs aligned with overall marketing priorities.

• Handle ToM budget (TV, Radio, OOH, Vendor Branding) and plan allocation per Q.

• Guide and support the marketing team through effective leadership.

• Monitor business and marketing KPIs and propose data-driven marketing strategies. 

• Evaluate campaign performance and present results to C-level management.

• Propose methodologies that facilitate cross-departmental collaboration aiming at excellence, innovation and facilitation of marketing projects.

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and technological advancements to drive innovation in marketing strategies.

• At least 7 years in a managerial role within Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development.

• Previous working experience in the tech industry would be considered a plus. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record in budget management.

• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and available channels.

• Familiarity with marketing best practices.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Hands-on involvement in cross-departmental collaboration and project management.

• Experience with campaign analysis and development of reports that provide actionable insights.

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail are considered a must.

• Data-driven decision making and creativity. 

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

• Team-oriented attitude, adaptability, and effective conflict resolution capabilities.
