Job Summary:

PatientPoint is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager who knows how to drive demand for new products. This person will be responsible for creating inbound marketing strategies to build awareness of, drive interest in and convert leads for a new life sciences-tailored marketing solution. You must have a strong background in digital marketing, media buying, SEO/SEM, content marketing and product marketing to generate significant demand for the business unit. You will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to develop a deep understanding of the solution, key personas and buying process. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing and equipping sales teams with marketing resources that help generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

Primary Duties Include, but Are Not Limited to: 

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with product, sales and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environments
  • Articulate the value proposition of the new product, capture features and benefits and translate these details into compelling messaging and content
  • Enable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, spec sheets, best practices
  • Create content strategy and develop relevant content assets that help drive awareness of the challenges this solution solves
  • Communicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordingly

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of direct experience in marketing within a healthcare or life sciences setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Expertise in product marketing strategy and execution, including product positioning, messaging and go-to-market planning
  • Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus

Base Salary Band: $100,000.00 - $131,951.25
Corporate Bonus Potential up to 8%
