What you´ll do:
- You’ll join our France country team to drive partnership projects. Your mission will be to bring our strategy to life through creative, data-informed execution — while ensuring projects run smoothly across teams and timelines.
- Manage affiliate, partners and influencer activities, including code creation, contracts logging, reporting and optimization, as well as building long-term relationships with partners.
- Identify high-potential sectors to develop our partnerships: prospect, qualify, and engage new partners.
- Negotiate and finalize sustainable and high-performing partnership agreements, while ensuring the deployment, monitoring, and management of existing partnerships.
- Analyze performance data across multiple channels, drawing insights to iterate and scale successful initiatives.
- Own the project roadmap with an agile mindset — ensuring clarity on task ownership, deadlines and progress
- Act as a connector across teams (creative, performance, CRM, etc.) to ensure executional excellence.
Who we´re looking for:
- You bring between 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- You are fluent in English and native French.
- You’re a strong collaborator, able to communicate clearly and drive alignment.
- You bring structured thinking: organized, able to prioritize and make sense of complexity.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- You’re hands-on and take full ownership of your work — whether it’s a content rollout or a campaign performance review
