Essential Responsibilities
- Develop long-range commercial forecasts and translate them into actionable business insights to support GE Aerospace’s strategic and business planning.
- Lead Regional Engines & Services (RES) and broader market demand forecasting, ensuring clear linkages between fleet trends, utilization, and services strategy.
- Own RES fleet, utilization, and shop visit forecast (SVF) analysis, providing insights that inform commercial strategy, services offerings, and capacity planning.
- Assess disruptive technologies and their implications for engine and services demand, incorporating these insights into long-term forecasts and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain investor-focused fleet views, partnering with Finance and Investor Relations to ensure consistency and clarity of external messaging.
- Ensure alignment across key forecasting processes, including Strategy, ATMRO, Supply Chain, and other critical planning teams, to drive a single, integrated view of the future.
- Analyze key trends in the commercial aviation industry and communicate their impact on GE Aerospace’s growth to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to align forecasts with long-term strategies and industry evolution.
- Drive innovation in forecasting models and methodologies by working closely with GE’s data science and analytics team.
- Prepare and present results to senior leadership and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
- Stay informed of industry trends, build networks among forecasters, and represent GE Aerospace at conferences and industry proceedings.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 8 years of full-time relevant work experience, preferably in Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or Engineering based roles within the aerospace industry

The base pay range for this position is $172,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 4/24/2026.
