Skillsoft is scaling its enterprise expansion engine, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the charge. In this pod-lead IC role, you’ll own strategic campaign planning across a portfolio of accounts, mentor campaign managers, and partner with GTM and Revenue teams to activate high-impact acquisition and expansion plays. You’ll operate in a high-agency, AI-enabled environment where customer intelligence and lifecycle orchestration drive measurable impact.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for designing campaigns that deepen customer relationships, drive cross-sell, expand product adoption, and accelerate revenue growth within key clients and prospects, while helping shape the future of Skillsoft’s growth marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead campaign strategy for customer expansion across key enterprise segments.

· Manage and mentor a pod of campaign managers, ensuring alignment to growth goals and executional excellence.

· Partner with Data Science, Product, Customer Success and Account Management to identify whitespace and activate targeted marketing plays.

· Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, including email, events, in-product, and Sales-assisted motions.

· Use AI-powered tools to surface buying signals and personalize outreach at scale.

· Track performance across campaigns and optimize based on engagement, adoption, and expansion metrics.


Qualifications

· 8+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on customer growth and lifecycle strategy.

· Experience leading campaign teams or pods in a matrixed environment.

· Deep understanding of customer journey marketing and expansion metrics.

· Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in ABM platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools.



Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $135,000 - $170,000 annualized.
