- Translate marketing and channel performance data into clear, actionable insights to guide investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Build and manage marketing budget models to support annual planning-partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Act as the primary resource for ad-hoc analysis requests, delivering data-driven insights that support business unit leaders in critical decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to high-impact projects that improve team performance, marketing outcomes, and alignment across cross-functional partners.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, business analytics, consulting, or operations.

- Proven ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly and persuasively-both verbally and in writing-to a variety of audiences.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a bias for action and a track record of iterative learning and experimentation.
- Demonstrated experience working with marketing metrics, campaign data, and performance analysis across channels.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, platforms, and data, including CRM systems like Salesforce, analytics and BI tools such as Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and drive decision-making.
