You will support category-changing initiatives in partnership with marketing, RDQ, finance and other functions. You will bring a deep understanding of consumer trends and needs, business models as well as our competitors' strategies.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Drive dialogue with Marketing, RDQ, Finance, other functions to assess and recommend business solutions. Inspire and influence cross functional, multi-regional teams and engage both internal and external partners to support superior product innovation, business model innovation etc. which deliver sustainable, incremental and profitable revenue potential
- Support strategic innovation roadmap
- Support innovation process, cross functionally from concept to commercialization
- Secure successful roll out of existing bundle in white space markets
- Support regions with best practices on winning bundle
What you will bring

- Excellent communicator with outstanding influencing and remote management skills
- Strategy and / or Marketing management experience gained in FMCG and / or consulting
- Strong business acumen combined with strategic and analytical thinking in a multinational, multifunctional environment

Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente de Inovação para liderar a agenda de crescimento do portfolio de marcas da Mondelez Brasil, uma cadeira estratégica, com alta visibilidade regional e global, e forte impacto em negócio.
Esse papel tem como missão impulsionar crescimento rentável através da inovação, traduzindo tendências globais e consumer insights em soluções que mudam o jogo: novos produtos, formatos, embalagens e experiências que conectem propósito e performance.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Liderar o pipeline de inovação do portfolio de marcas da Mondelez no Brasil, garantindo entregas de curto, médio e longo prazo.
- Traduzir tendências globais e regionais em oportunidades de negócio locais, equilibrando relevância de marca e viabilidade financeira.
- Trabalhar de forma integrada com Insights, Supply, Finanças, R&D, Vendas e Trade Marketing, assegurando execução ágil e eficiente.
- Definir e monitorar KPIs de inovação (rentabilidade, penetração, market share, ROI).
- Liderar projetos end-to-end: desde o business case e definição de conceito até lançamento, comunicação e acompanhamento pós-lançamento.
- Garantir que 100% das iniciativas estejam alinhadas à estratégia global da categoria e à agenda de crescimento de Mondelez LATAM.
- Inspirar o time e stakeholders com visão estratégica, dados consistentes e energia para fazer acontecer.
Requisitos:
- Experiência sólida em inovação de produtos e porftólio em empresas de bens de consumo (FMCG).
- Histórico de lançamentos relevantes com impacto real em volume, market share e rentabilidade.
- Inglês fluente.
- Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
