Job Description

We’re a high‑growth EV charging technology company, building the infrastructure that supports the transition to electric mobility. As we scale, we’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive who enjoys variety, ownership, and getting things done.

  • Optimise live channels including website, SEO, SEM, email, and social
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product to support pipeline and launches
  • Track performance, share insights, and continuously improve execution
  • Coach and support junior team members through clear guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing

  • Experience operating in a high‑growth environment - you are comfortable with change, pace, and building while delivering
  • Strong commercial capability with a track record of delivering outcomes, not just setting strategy
  • Leadership and people-management skills highly regarded, or a clear ambition to lead and manage a team as the business scales
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Data‑literate and comfortable using analytics and reporting tools to guide decisions
  • Clear, practical communicator who can brief, align, and challenge stakeholders constructively
  • Digital capability across SEO, SEM, email, social, and content, with a strong focus on performance
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred

Additional Information

  • Join a high‑growth, purpose‑driven EV technology company
  • Work on technology that supports the future of transport and energy
  • Position based in Silverwater - 5 days in the office
