What you will do:
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels and multiple products. You will help to ensure that campaigns are well-coordinated, targeted, and measurable, contributing to overall marketing goals. Your mission will be to create, implement, and manage innovative marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and promote our products and services to drive brand awareness, generate leads and foster business growth.
How you will do it:
Campaign Execution
- Lead in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and meet campaign objectives
- Drive lead generation by planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to attract and qualify potential customers
- Work closely with colleagues across marketing operations, digital marketing and sales to ensure campaigns are integrated across all touchpoints and deliver a consistent message
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Set-up campaigns in Salesforce to track engagement and report on various marketing efforts
- Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring that all activities are cost effective and provide a positive Marketing Return on Investment (MROI)
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with design and digital teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion
- Conduct basic research on competitors, customer preferences, and market trends to inform future campaign strategies
Campaign Monitoring and Reporting
- Track campaign performance across platforms and report on key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest areas for improvement
- Provide actionable insights and reports on lead generation efforts to stakeholders
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, mass communications, business administration or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience with marketing campaigns
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, SEO, PPC, SMM and other strategies
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
What we look for:
- At least 3 years’ experience in driving high-impact marketing campaigns, ideally across events, email, social media, or paid media
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights for improvement
- Knowledge of key digital marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing systems or social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- A proactive attitude towards learning new marketing skills and staying up-to-date with trends and best practices
