What You Will Deliver:
Report to the Hong Kong Senior Marketing Manager
- Strategic Growth: Formulate and execute integrated B2C and B2B strategies focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Holistic Lifecycle Management: Develop automated trigger-based journeys and loyalty programs to increase Customer Lifetime Value.
- Channel Optimization: Oversee the 360-degree marketing mix (SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic, Offline, and Partnerships), ensuring a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Content Mastery: Develop and deploy high-impact social media and in-app content designed to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between Marketing, Data, Operations, and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of HK market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Data & Reporting: Define and track KPIs for all campaigns, monitor real-time performance, and provide actionable insights in monthly reviews.
Who You Are:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese is a must
- 4-6 years of marketing experience with branding, marketing & growth strategy
- Experience in marketing digital/ platform product is preferred
- Exposure to both B2C & B2B is a plus
- Experience with Life cycle management is a plus
- Familiar with growth marketing metrics (Google & social) to measure success of campaigns
- Strong interest in latest marketing trend and technology
- Proactive, ambitious and self-motivated in a hyper-growth and fast-paced working environment
- Experience in ad or marketing agency/ platform/ logistics/ e-commerce fulfilment environment is a plus
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and constant change
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Experience with CMS and website update is a plus
- Driving experience and knowledge is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
