Devsinc is looking for a creative and execution-focused Sr. Marketing Executive – Brand & Engagement to join our Marketing team . In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening Devsinc's corporate and employer brand through engaging digital campaigns, content creation, and people-focused marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote our culture, showcase our projects, and position Devsinc as an employer and technology brand of choice.

Core Responsibilities
1. Execute branding and marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility of Devsinc and its ongoing projects.
2. Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including graphics, reels, videos, and written content.
3. Plan and execute employer branding initiatives that effectively showcase Devsinc's culture, values, people, and achievements.
4. Create compelling campaigns that generate excitement and FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), encouraging audiences to stay connected with Devsinc's latest initiatives.
5. Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and internal marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborate with HR, Design, and other business teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
7. Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and content effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.
9. Assist in planning and executing marketing events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
10. Ensure all marketing materials align with Devsinc's brand identity and communication standards.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, branding, employer branding, or marketing execution.
3. Demonstrated experience executing successful branding or digital marketing campaigns.
4. Experience managing employee engagement or community-building initiatives is preferred.
5. Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content strategy.
