About the role
Senior Marketing Executive (The Exchange TRX)
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with strong experience in independently planning and executing events, managing multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders within a vibrant retail environment. Your role includes but not limited to:
Marketing & Campaigns
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive shopper engagement and increase footfall.
Collaborate with tenants to create co-promotional strategies and mall-wide activations.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for improved results.
Ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with the mall’s brand identity and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Utilise digital, social, and traditional marketing channels to deliver effective outreach.
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and independently execute a variety of events such as seasonal promotions, festive activities, community programs, and tenant-focused initiatives.
Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless event delivery.
Promote events through multiple channels to maximise visibility and attendance.
Evaluate event success through data, attendance, and feedback, providing insights for future improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Market Insights
Build strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, agencies, and community partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, shopping malls, or an agency environment.
Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and software
