At Arctic Wolf, you won’t just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve – you'll help lead the change. Our global Pack is made up of people who thrive on solving hard problems, moving fast, and building technology that protects organizations around the world. We’re proud to be recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner Peer Insights and IDC MarketScape – but what matters most is the work behind it: delivering real outcomes for customers through award winning innovation like our Aurora Platform.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you.

Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Engineer to be a part of making this happen.

About the Role

Arctic Wolf is establishing a new role within Marketing to harness AI as a force multiplier across the team. The Senior Marketing Engineer is an individual contributor who designs, builds, and operates the AI-driven systems, agents, and automated workflows that allow Marketing to move at the pace of the cybersecurity market.

This is a role for someone who wants to live at the frontier of AI in marketing — willing to experiment, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to solve real problems that accelerate Arctic Wolf’s marketing organization and drive growth. The Senior Marketing Engineer partners closely with Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, and other go-to-market stakeholders to identify the highest-leverage opportunities to implement AI workflows and build the systems that implement them.

Responsibilities

  • Build systems that scale content creation, multiplying approved messaging into the variants, channels, and formats the go-to-market teams need without diluting brand voice. This includes building structured AI inputs such as prompt libraries, persona documents, messaging frameworks, and source-of-truth files that enable consistent, high-quality generative output across the marketing organization.

  • Maintain a versioned prompt and evaluation library so generative output stays on-brand, on-message, and measurably high quality over time. Design evaluation frameworks to score AI-generated content against Arctic Wolf's voice, accuracy, and messaging standards.

  • Refine and modernize Arctic Wolf's competitive intelligence motion through AI-powered monitoring, analysis, and content generation that supports faster, sharper response to the competitive landscape. Build automated systems that surface relevant competitor activity, market signals, and analyst coverage to the right stakeholders at the right time.

  • Codify successful workflows into templates, playbooks, and reusable systems the broader marketing and revenue teams can run independently, reducing dependence on the Marketing Engineer for routine execution and enabling the whole team to move faster.

  • Identify, prototype, and scale new AI-driven workflows in partnership with key teams within marketing and the broader go-to-market organization.

  • Run experiments as a discipline. Treat every system as a hypothesis, define success metrics upfront, measure adoption and impact, iterate, and retire what does not work.

  • Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape and bring proven new capabilities into Arctic Wolf's marketing function. Evaluate emerging tools, including frontier model APIs, agents, and workflow automation platforms.

Who You Are

  • Strong prompt engineering and evaluation design discipline, including versioning, testing, and measuring the quality of generative output.

  • Understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motion, ideally in cybersecurity or another technical category.

  • Excellent writing skills paired with the editorial standards to ensure generative output meets Arctic Wolf's voice, accuracy, and quality bar before it is published.

  • Familiarity with the workflows and deliverables of Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Analyst Relations, Communications, and other go-to-market departments

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for shipping, with a builder’s mindset applied to marketing problems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years in product marketing, sales engineering, marketing operations, content, competitive intelligence, or a related marketing role.

  • 1+ years building and operating AI-driven workflows in a marketing or go-to-market context, with demonstrable examples.

  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in a professional marketing context, with demonstrable examples beyond casual use.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A demonstrated portfolio of AI systems, agents, or automated workflows shipped in a marketing or go-to-market context, with examples, links, or case studies that show what was built, how it worked, and what it produced.

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or another complex technical B2B industry where messaging precision and competitive dynamics are high stakes.

  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence workflows, analyst relations programs, or technical product marketing operations.

  • Experience building and maintaining prompt libraries, evaluation rubrics, or AI quality assurance processes at a team or organizational level.

  • Experience integrating AI and automation tools with marketing platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce

  • Comfort working with technical stakeholders including product marketers, sales engineers, security researchers, and analysts to extract expertise and translate it into AI-ready inputs.

  • Experience documenting systems and enabling non-technical colleagues to operate AI-powered workflows independently.

On-Camera Policy

  • To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.

  • Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.

  • We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
