Reporting to the Design team leadership, you will own end-to-end marketing design execution, working closely with Marketing and other teams across the company to translate goals and briefs into clear, effective, and on-brand visual communication.
As part of the Design team, you’ll collaborate closely with other designers to ensure visual consistency, shared standards, and a cohesive design language across all marketing and product touchpoints. You’ll actively contribute to evolving our marketing design assets, templates, and ways
- Owning the full lifecycle of marketing design work, from kickoff and brief clarification to final delivery across multiple channels.
- Translating marketing objectives, messaging, and constraints into strong visual solutions.
- Designing and delivering assets across a wide range of touchpoints, including:
- Adapting and scaling creative across formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to align on goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with design peers to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across marketing design work, contributing to shared standards, assets, and best practices.
- Proactively leading kick-offs, clarifying scope, dependencies, and expectations.
- Ensuring strong adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Using AI-powered tools to support creative exploration, image generation, video creation, and production efficiency.
- Contributing to the evolution and continuous improvement of marketing design assets, templates, libraries, and workflows.
- Acting as a reliable, autonomous design partner who can manage ambiguity and trade-offs with minimal supervision.

Now that we've told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or campaign design
- Proven experience working with high autonomy in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with international or distributed teams
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, color)
- Experience designing for multiple channels and formats (digital, social, web, print, events, video)
- Strong experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; motion/video tools are a plus) and Canva, including creating brand-consistent templates and scalable assets
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation and video or motion generation and enhancement
- Comfort working across static, animated, and video formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing or campaign work across channels, with clear ownership and impact
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments
- Experience contributing to shared design assets, libraries, or standards within a design team
- Enthusiasm for exploring new tools and workflows, especially AI-assisted ones
