As a Senior Marketing Designer in our Global Marketing team, you'll help shape compelling brand experiences for our house of brands – Fisher & Paykel, DCS Outdoor, Haier and Home Solutions – with a predominant focus on our Haier & Haier Home brands within Australasia. Beyond creating strategic marketing collateral for digital and traditional media, you'll play a key leadership role – supporting designers, fostering creative excellence, and driving continuous improvement in our design practices.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing Design, you'll collaborate closely to understand our strategic direction and help execute our creative vision globally. You'll also partner with Brand & Content, Digital and Product teams to develop Trade, Consumer and B2B materials that strengthen the Haier brand throughout the customer journey.

You'll be a seasoned creative professional – bringing strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to every project. Your role will involve:

• Designing strategic marketing materials across multiple print and digital channels 
• Leading projects while maintaining rigorous brand standards
• Supporting Marketing & Post-production Designers to deliver exceptional work
• Collaborating with stakeholders to review and approve final artwork
• Fostering innovation and continuous improvement in design practices
• Understand marketing and business objectives to inform creative decisions

• Technically proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office
