  • Establish and maintain KPI definitions, reporting standards, data governance practices, and attribution methodologies across marketing systems.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, IT, and Web teams to ensure data quality, reporting consistency, and alignment between marketing activities and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related data analysis role, preferably within a B2B environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial B2B organization.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, social media analytics tools, and digital marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Experience establishing reporting governance frameworks, KPI standards, or analytics centers of excellence.
  • Experience with or understanding of SEO and GEO/AEO (Generative/Answer Engine Optimization) measurement, including tracking visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes, data integration concepts, and marketing data warehousing solutions.
