Position Summary
Newmark is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator focused on high-volume collateral production, property marketing support, pursuit materials, mapping, and listing maintenance.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will serve as a key cross-functional resource, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials, maintaining critical listing platforms, supporting broker-facing deliverables, and helping improve workflow efficiency through project management and technology-enabled processes.
The position will sit within Operations with a dotted-line reporting relationship to Marketing to ensure operational accountability while maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and alignment with Newmark’s marketing framework.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Collateral and Production Support
- Create, edit, and update marketing collateral for property marketing, pursuits, and broker support.
- Produce high-volume, deadline-driven deliverables including flyers, placemats, signage, eblasts, presentation materials, and other print and digital assets.
- Leverage Newmark’s established collateral frameworks and automated listings platforms for recurring property marketing deliverable needs.
- Maintain consistency with Newmark brand standards, templates, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with Marketing as needed to ensure materials meet brand and design requirements.
Retail Mapping and Custom Graphics
- Produce and revise retail maps and related visual materials under tight turnaround deadlines.
- Edit local files when timing or project urgency requires direct production support.
- Coordinate with other shared service resources when appropriate, while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support map updates, custom graphics, and location-based collateral used in property marketing and pursuit efforts.
Platform and Listing Administration
- Create, update, and maintain property listings across relevant platforms, including CoStar, Crexi, Buildout, and Campaign Breeze.
- Support Campaign Breeze administration, including eblast creation, list coordination, and distribution support.
- Maintain organized files and assets within Egnyte and other established marketing technology systems.
- Ensure listings, marketing materials, and related property information remain accurate, current, and accessible.
Project Management and Workflow Coordination
- Manage multiple concurrent requests across Operations and Marketing priorities.
- Independently prioritize deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder needs with minimal supervision.
- Track project status, coordinate handoffs, and communicate timing or capacity constraints proactively.
- Help reduce redundancy and improve workflow consistency across property marketing, pursuit support, and platform administration.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools, automation, and process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Support
- Serve as a shared resource between Operations and Marketing, balancing recurring operational production needs with brand and creative quality standards.
- Provide responsive support to brokers, operations leadership, and marketing stakeholders.
- Maintain strong communication across two reporting lines and ensure clarity around deliverables, timelines, and ownership.
- Support revenue-generating activity by ensuring marketing materials and listing updates are delivered accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI tools or a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and apply emerging technology to improve workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
- Comfort working within established marketing technology platforms such as Egnyte, CoStar, Crexi, Campaign Breeze, and Buildout, or demonstrated ability to learn similar systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across cross-functional reporting lines.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to operate in a deadline-sensitive, high-volume production environment.
- Experience supporting multiple teams or stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with brokers, operations teams, and marketing partners.
