Description

BBB is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator with expertise in proposal management to join our NYC office. This role is essential for producing high-quality marketing collateral, including proposals and presentations. The Senior Marketing Coordinator may also update BBB's website and assist with special projects or assignments. This individual will work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager and the Director of Business Development and will have the opportunity to guide and mentor Marketing Coordinators. 

Job Description:

· Lead coordination efforts and production of marketing and business development materials, including proposals, presentations, and brochures. Production includes both written and graphic content. 

· Maintain and update marketing resources and databases, including Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and OpenAsset.

· Outreach to and coordination of materials from internal teams and external consultants.

· Responsible for time management to meet and set deadlines on multiple projects and communicate effectively with managers (Partners, Principals, Directors, and Project Managers).

· Takes initiative in special marketing projects or assignments as needed, such as social media, PR, and others. 

·  Interfaces with BBB operational departments as needed. 

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· 5+ years of experience in Marketing within an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firm.

· High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

· Strong graphic design and layout skills.

· Ability to work either autonomously or collaboratively, resolving challenges effectively.

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

· Adaptable with a strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude; expected to provide training and support to fellow team members.

Compensation

BBB offers fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000, with variations depending on experience, education, achievements, and business needs. Employees may also receive an annual performance-based bonus and salary increase.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of marketing experience within an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firm
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High proficiency in Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Experience with OpenAsset (marketing resource/database management)
  • Strong graphic design and layout skills
  • Excellent time management with ability to handle concurrent deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and provide training/support to team members
