The Opportunity: As a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist for our Global Business Services (GBS) function, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating our company narrative. You’ll be responsible for managing and executing communications that support various technology, finance, and business strategy initiatives across the organization.
What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with GBS stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans. Craft short-form content to support the rollout of new tools, resources, and products. Create thematic articles, monthly tips, product overviews, and case studies that promote GBS services.

Employee Engagement: Develop and distribute content across multiple channels to drive engagement in programs like Code Games, Values Day, and Global Innovation Awards. Craft human-interest stories and build interactive opportunities for global staff to connect.

Event & Webinar Support: Manage content development, speaker preparation, and promotion for year-round webinar series. Support executive events by creating promotional materials, agendas, and session logistics.

Digital Content Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of multimedia content across platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage. Regularly update internal websites, maintain search functionality, and ensure content is fresh and relevant.

Crisis & Acquisition Communications: Handle technology-related crisis communications and support communication strategies for technology acquisitions. Coordinate with legal and senior stakeholders as needed.
What You Bring:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism, with 4+ years of experience in marketing/communications.

Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation abilities in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and adopt different writing styles.

Attributes: Strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across all functions and levels.

Flexibility: Minimal travel required, with opportunities for occasional business trips.
Highly Preferred:

Additional Experience: Background in content marketing, copywriting, video editing, and managing social media channels. Familiarity with project managament tools, analytics tools, and pre/post video production is a plus.
