As our Senior Marketing Systems & AI Architect, you will:
- Design and continuously improve the architecture of our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring systems scale efficiently and work seamlessly together.
- Build and maintain integrations, automations, and self-service solutions that streamline campaign execution, audience management, and reporting.
- Develop end-to-end solutions using APIs, SQL, Python, and modern automation tools to solve complex business challenges.
- Own the technical configuration and optimization of HubSpot and its ecosystem, including workflows, scoring models, routing, behavioral events, and integrations.
- Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents and intelligent workflows that enhance productivity while ensuring reliability and governance.
- Lead the technical implementation of strategic initiatives such as platform migrations, new technology adoption, and large-scale system enhancements.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing or revenue operations, systems architecture, data engineering, or a combination of these fields.
- Proven ability to design scalable systems and translate ambiguous business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives from architecture through implementation and adoption.
- Strong technical proficiency with APIs, SQL, scripting languages such as Python, and AI-assisted development, combined with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
