What you’ll do
- Supply Growth Campaigns:
- Plan and execute driver acquisition and supply growth marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Support the development of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening driver supply across key markets.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across internal teams and external partners
- Partnership Management:
- Identify and manage supply-related partnerships that support driver acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to develop and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate briefing, project timelines, and final deliverables with partners and stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, digital marketing, and regional teams to align supply growth strategies and marketing execution.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels including digital, social media, content, and offline activations.
- Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and aligned with business objectives.
- Market & Performance Insights:
- Conduct market research including competitor campaigns, pricing, and promotional tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare marketing reports and insights to support future campaign optimization.
- Marketing Execution & Events
- Support the organisation and execution of marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and supply engagement.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing assets, campaign materials, and communication across teams.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, partnerships, or growth marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing, partnerships, or operations-related marketing is an advantage.
