Job Description
As the United Airlines CoBrand Senior Marketing Associate supporting United Employee Face to Face Program, you will help support the new account acquisition growth for the channel. You'll have the opportunity to travel 20% of the time visiting key United airport locations to help with training, recognition, and compliance. The remainder of the time will be spent on projects that help to measure current progress and promote future program success. This role provides a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, passion for marketing and sales, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This position sits within the CoBrand Card organization within Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our external partner to develop and implement innovative strategies to increase United employee engagement
  • Travel to key United locations interacting with a variety of personnel including flight attendants, Club agents, and gate and lobby agents to discuss the Face-to-Face Program
  • Manage and distribute promotional materials and giveaways to attract attention and generate program interest
  • Prioritize card controls and compliance requirements to encourage growth in a risk sound way
  • Produce and maintain reporting and insights to measure the program performance
  • Partner with vendor agencies to support the program
  • Help track promotional materials usage through record keeping, inventory management, and order management


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • BA/BS degree, ideally in marketing, analytics or businesses related degree
  • 3 or more years of applicable experience in product marketing, sales, project management or training
  • Industry experience across financial services or airline/travel
  • Possess strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter, drive for results, effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Able to give and take feedback in an ongoing manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive decisions and performance
  • Have the ability to work effectively across a matrix organization and assume leadership to drive results
  • Bias towards action, as well as a strong can-do attitude to achieve amazing results and overcome obstacles quickly
