Your Adventure Ahead
- Work with Marketing Manager to define and execute ShopBack Online Cashback strategy to deliver to KPIs
- Deliver campaigns across all owned channels - from concept to execution, to post campaign reporting and analysis
- Execute merchant specific campaigns (e.g. new brand integrations & key accounts) across all owned channels, working closely with Business Development
- Manage presentation of content on our website & ShopBack app accurately and timely, ensuring seamless user journey to increase conversion rate
- Support the broader campaigns team in the creation and execution of all campaigns across all channels as required
- Work with regional product owners, local business development and account management teams to ensure that all assets that are sold into merchants are delivered. Collaborate with BD teams to bring assets to life & meet merchant’s goals & KPIs
- Regular campaign analysis with recommendations as to how we maximise opportunities and continue to grow. We have great data tools that will allow you to make decisions that are driven by insights.
- Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities
Essentials to Succeed
- 3+ years relevant experience in campaign / marketing experience, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment
- Stakeholder management skills with experience managing competing priorities
- A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual
- Demonstrated ability to map out marketing strategies with proven success in key metrics
- Project management skills to manage a wide range of programs and meet deadlines
- Can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively setting the business direction and managing daily deliverables.
- Data-driven mindset and able to deal with complex data and translate them into actionable insights
- A fast learner who is proactive, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written & verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams & markets
- Not afraid of uncharted territory, can't-is-not-an-option attitude, not discouraged by failure or mistake
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
