Job Summary: RectorSeal is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Channel Marketing team. This role is designed for an individual who will play a crucial role in assessing and optimizing the efficacy of our sales and marketing efforts by providing visibility, analysis, and insights into the performance of our sales and marketing activities across our channel marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign measurement. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to assess the ROI of marketing activities, improve campaign targeting, and help shape go-to-market strategy with data at the core.

Job Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze customer sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, attribution and insights around performance.
- Uncover meaningful insights from business data and recommend strategic initiatives that improve business performance, engage the customer, and drive incremental value.
- Analyze large complex datasets and present results in easily digestible visualizations that surface insights and drive action. (e.g. customer profile dashboards, marketing campaigns, audience performance dashboards)
- Work as an internal business advisor, partnering with business teams to understand the full context of data/analysis requests.
- Manage dataflows in & out of Customer Data Platform (CDP), including creation of audiences based on target profile traits; use CDP database for data analytics.
- Strategy & Experimentation
- Lead efforts in designing and implementing testing strategies within sales and marketing outreach in order to learn key drivers of our business and drive efficiencies.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and metrics and demonstrate the ability to recognize how they can impact the business.
- Execution & Enablement
- Collaborate with marketing operations to build targeting models and improve campaign delivery through data.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and content as needed.
- Write SQL queries and use Python or Alteryx to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets from various sources.
- Use low-code tools like Alteryx to build predictive & prescriptive data models.
- Reporting & Storytelling
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, including responsibility for building and maintaining a suite of dashboards to monitor key performance and indicator metrics.
- Collaborate with the leadership to create data-driven reports and presentations.
- Present findings/recommendations to all levels of management based on data and analysis of results. Communicate data findings with technical and non-technical partners.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or data analysis role
- Demonstrated success in optimizing B2B marketing strategies through data
- Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and building BI dashboards (Power BI or similar)
- Proficient in Alteryx (or equivalent) for building models and automating analytics workflows
- Experience in the building products industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus
- Skills:
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
- Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to executives.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales automation, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing salary ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Based on your experience and market position, you are paid within the salary range. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
