We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to manage and scale Insurify’s paid social program, driving measurable performance, and incremental growth.

This role sits at the intersection of Brand and Performance Marketing, and Analytics, owning the day-to-day execution, measurement, and optimization of Insurify’s paid social channels. You’ll serve as the internal subject matter expert for paid social, ensuring campaigns are thoughtfully executed, rigorously measured, and continuously improved through data-driven insights.

You’ll play a critical role in translating complex data into clear recommendations, connecting performance to business outcomes, and expanding Insurify’s impact across social channels.

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

How you will make an impact

  • Analytics & Insights: Analyze business and campaign-level data to uncover meaningful insights, diagnose performance trends, and recommend strategic initiatives that improve customer engagement and drive incremental value
  • Measurement & Reporting: Own and maintain core performance dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses to interpret inconsistent trends, identify anomalies, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
  • Paid Social Execution & Ownership: Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across key platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, strong execution, and ongoing optimization
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance, audience targeting, and quality signals to ensure campaigns are meeting performance and operational standards
  • Channel Expansion & Testing: Identify, explore, and lead testing across new and emerging mid-funnel social and digital channels to expand reach and improve efficiency
  • Subject Matter Expertise & Collaboration: Act as the internal SME for paid social platforms, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a related role, with hands-on exposure to paid social advertising
  • Strong analytical skill set with experience translating data into insights that influence marketing and business decisions
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, with a solid understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, experimentation, and modeling
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and working with data visualization tools to communicate performance clearly
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Insurify is committed to offering a fair, competitive, and transparent compensation program that supports our mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Our compensation philosophy is guided by several factors including a candidate’s relevant experience, education/training, job-related skills, and location.

In addition to the base salary our total compensation package includes health coverage, retirement contributions, and additional wellbeing benefits. Some positions may be eligible for company equity.

Below is the base compensation range for US locations:

$110,000-$130,000
