Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Are you passionate about turning marketing data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions? We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support marketing performance analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts by leveraging data across multiple platforms and systems.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically skilled, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and marketing teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate search marketing performance, trends, and KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain data integrations across marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Assist in tracking ROI, conversion metrics, and funnel performance.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with related experience required; higher education experience strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in search marketing and analytics required.
  • Agency experience is a strong plus.
Required Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills with extensive working knowledge of:

  • GA4
  • PowerBI
  • Looker Studio
  • Funnel.io
  • Google Tag Manager
  • CRM systems (Velocify and CampusVUE experience is a plus)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Workspace
Additional Skills & Abilities
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with the ability to calculate figures and interpret data accurately.
  • Ability to apply common-sense reasoning and solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate instructions, correspondence, and reporting information clearly.
  • Comfortable presenting information to individuals and small groups within the organization.
