Join us as a Senior Marketing Advisor at our Acacia Ridge branch, where you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful marketing initiatives.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity leave cover), Monday to Friday, offering the chance to contribute your expertise within a high‑performing, purpose‑driven team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create and execute comprehensive, integrated sector and industry specific Marketing plans.

  • Manage the campaign lifecycle including brief development, budget management, agency coordination, and performance reporting and optimisation.

  • Review campaign outcomes and implement improvements to Marketing plans.

  • Be a customer champion and internal Subject Matter Expert in Marketing.

  • Create and implement Customer Value Propositions for key market segments.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to shape customer insights and market research that support campaign optimisation and drive sales.

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth development and execution of Marketing activity.
     

What you’ll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum five years’ experience developing and delivering integrated, customer‑centric marketing strategies and initiatives, including email campaigns, website content management, and the creation of landing pages to support business growth.

  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles and techniques, spanning design, editorial, digital, and strategic marketing.

  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
