Position Summary
You will lead market access and pricing work in Taiwan to help patients get the treatments they need. You will work closely with commercial, medical, regulatory, government affairs and regional teams. We value clear thinking, practical problem solving and strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage Market Access Managers to ensure strong performance, clear priorities, and effective execution against business objectives.
- Work closely with Government Affairs team to shape market access policy positions and develop recommendations that support GSK’s strategic interests
- Lead development and execution of market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies for assigned portfolio in Taiwan.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, local adaptations of health technology assessment materials, and supporting evidence packages.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with payers, government agencies, clinicians and patient groups.
- Work with HEOR and real-world evidence partners to design evidence generation that supports value and reimbursement.
- Monitor policy, regulatory and payer landscape changes and provide clear, timely recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Coach and align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent access messages and strong execution.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, business or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in pricing, reimbursement, market access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement, with in-depth knowledge of Taiwan’s healthcare, NHIA, and pricing and reimbursement systems.
- Proven experience leading people, managing performance, setting priorities, and developing team capability.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business, including R&D, clinical development, medical evidence generation, regulatory considerations, and commercial strategy.
- Strong ability to assess the economic, healthcare, and policy environment and translate insights into access strategies and business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience with payers, government bodies or clinical experts.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to work effectively in English for regional and global interactions.
- Proven experience leading people, managing performance, setting priorities, and developing team capability.
Preferred Qualification

- Advanced degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, PharmD, MBA or related field.
- Experience working with Taiwan public payer systems and reimbursement processes.
- Hands-on experience with HEOR, real-world evidence or health economic modelling.

- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects.
